What is a TFL subscription?
A subscription to TFL provides access to our site beyond the limited free articles. Benefits vary depending on your specific subscription tier. A breakdown of the different subscription plans and corresponding benefits can be found here.
Can I still access TFL content if I do not have a subscription?
If you do not purchase one of the TFL subscription packages, you will only have access to a couple of select articles per month. For unlimited access to TFL content and members-only exclusives, a subscription is required.
Do you offer group subscriptions?
Yes, we offer group Enterprise subscription plans with single-invoice payments, one renewal date, and dedicated customer service. Discounted pricing is available based on group size. For more information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the difference between standard and enterprise subscriptions?
Standard subscriptions are a great option for individuals looking to stay informed, as they provide access to TFL articles posted within the last 30 days, curated links, a Weekly Digest, and select Quick Dives.Enterprise subscriptions are specifically designed for industry professionals, schools, and other groups interested in gaining more in-depth access to TFL’s offerings. An Enterprise subscription will give your team unlimited access to the site, including our proprietary Resource Center, daily curated links, Weekly Digest, TFL Deep Dives and case studies, and more.
Do you offer student discounts?

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, clicking “My Account,” and selecting “Unsubscribe” under the “Purchases” section. Questions? Please contact email@example.com.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
In line with our terms of service, memberships auto renew each period, and the relevant subscription fee will be charged to the payment method submitted by the subscriber at the time of registration. It is the responsibility of subscribers to opt out of our auto-renew feature by deselecting the feature in their account settings.
Will I still have access to TFL after I cancel my subscription?
Once you cancel your subscription, you will have access to TFL until the last day of your plan. If you purchased a monthly subscription, you will have access through the end of the month in which you cancelled. If you purchased an annual subscription, you will have access through the end of the year in which you cancelled.
What forms of payment do you accept and how will I be charged?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Unless a subscription is cancelled by the user, TFL’s subscription plans renew automatically in accordance with the relevant timeline, and will be charged to the payment method provided by the user at the time of registration. With the exception of duplications in billing, which will be refunded to the original payment method, we do not issue refunds for subscription plans. What should I do if I have trouble accessing my account?

Can I share my subscription?
No. Each registration and subscription is for the individual use of the registered user or subscriber only. You may not share your log-in details or password with any other person.
